In the process of contacting us and booking your special day, we ask important questions to make sure we cover all avenues of your wedding day. We’ve built an online planning form system that makes our information delivery process as simple as possible. A simple glance to know if it’s indoors, outdoors and power requirements we may need. Ceremony and cocktail options are available. We have a la carte event menu for all the extravagant upgrades you’d love to have. A few examples of those upgrades are monograms, dance floor wraps, special effects, hora loca, etc. For ceremony, We will provide you with professional grade equipment, professional microphone and an on site engineer to manage the audio so it goes without a hitch. On our event planning form, you can enter the bridal party intro, bride entrance and recessional song, this allows our on site engineer to be on cue. For cocktail, we provide a speaker with a playlist of your choice. If you have a wedding theme, we will cater to your request.
Next, is one of the most important parts of your timeline - the reception. Many have attended weddings in the past and have experienced DJ’s they like or dislike. From blending skills, to music selection, each DJ in our roster is unique with their own style and flavor. We love to meet with you and discuss your music choices to establish which DJ would work best for you. Our DJ’s are professional who arrive on time, dressed appropriately and are as communicative as possible to ensure a smooth process for your special day. As stated above, on our event planning form we require you to enter your bridal party introduction song, first dance, bride and father dance, groom and mother dance, cake cutting song, last dance and any other special dances that may occur. We accept genre and song requests. Sound Level DJ’s are notorious for reading crowds and keeping the dance floor moving. Imagine your guests just finished their dinner and the beat to their favorite song moves them to the dancefloor. The music is flowing, they have their favorite drink at hand and the DJ plays that one jam that makes them jump off their feet and scream “Yes!!”. One of the best moments is when the bride and groom shout out to the DJ “We love you!” because the DJ is rocking their party with songs they forgot they loved so much.
