Luxurious corporate event lighting and sound!
One of the many elements of events we specialize in is lighting and sound. Lighting is a key factor that elevates any experiential marketing event. In this following project our goal was to light up the main attractions of the event. We transformed a cozy barn into a luxurious event experience.
In this event the choice of lighting we used was our Cameo B200’s, Chauvet wireless well fits, Cameo B60’s and our Astera AX1’s. All of our lighting fixtures were completely wireless and chrome based to blend in perfectly within the walls. For the outdoor presentations, we placed 10ft steel pipes with our Cameo B200’s and B60’s to create a wide wash that removes any dark spots yet still highlights the important areas. The Cameo B200’s also washed the Ferrari’s that were placed in the entrance of the barn.
Inside and outside the barn was numerous of wireless up lights with a delicate champagne color to wash the walls. The Astera’s were placed near the DJ booth to create a hip yet elegant touch for aesthetic purposes.
When it came to the audio portion of the event, our client in this project requested that absolutely no cables were to be seen. We took this as a challenge we cannot turn down. We provided seven Martin Audio XP12’s, three for the DJ and the remainder spread out in areas where guests will be lounging. This allows us to evenly distribute the sound keeping it at a cocktail level without having to disturb the guests. In the pictures below, you’ll notice we covered the speakers in white along with covering the speaker stands.
The all white look added to the luxurious touch and allowed us to blend the speakers with the white walls. We ran our cables outside of the building and the areas that needed to be taped we used gaff tape that matched the color of the floor.
A major portion of what we do is making sure we deliver the best quality of equipment we can. When DJ’s have a specific rider, we make sure to accommodate their requests. For the DJ equipment choice, it was CDJ3000’s with DJM900NXS2. Whether it’s a traveling DJ or a in town DJ, the only item they ever need to show up with is their headphones and laptop. We make the event experience smooth and simple.
Our team genuinely enjoys seeing the outcome of what lighting and audio can do, the creative possibilities are endless, there’s always different variables that can be done to create an epic experience.
