Arabian Nights at a resident's backyard!
What we truly enjoy the most of our industry is the power and capabilities of transforming a simple backyard into a whole party venue.
Our client reached out to us with the vision of celebrating her 50th birthday in the theme of Arabian nights. Usually, our client would manage all of her personal parties, this time around she genuinely wanted a company that would handle everything from top to bottom.
A month before, we scheduled our project manager to do a site visit and walk through to discuss event wants and needs. After a short visit, our lead event manager had already designed and plotted out the whole concept for the event.
Due to the fact we live in Miami, and the weather is so inconsisent especially in September, we opted out for a 15x45 tent. We installed four fans in each corner of the tent to keep it cool.
For the sake of the theme, we added bistro lights, and cameo wash lighting to create a comfy vibe. We provided low boy cock tail tables in mixture of high boy cocktail tables for the guests that rather sit than stand. Each table had a different color, orange, purple or pink. The tent legs were also draped in colorful material.
Now, for the outside of the tent, we set up a 10 x 10 tent for the food station. The food station also had wash lighting for night visibility along with chaffer dishes provided by our staff. We set up over 30 wireless up lights around the terrace and the palm trees. We provided a bar tender along with servers and barbacks.
The cake table was tailored to the clients dreams and vision and a few wireless up lights to enhance the details. A gig bar 2 was added to the dance floor.
Our client did not want guests in their home bathroom so we placed a 4 stall high end restroom trailer in front of their home with wash lighting in the entrance.
For entertainment, one of the most top rated and requested DJ’s of Sound Level Events, DJ Scorpio kept the dance floor rocking all night long making guests feel like they were truly in the Arabian element.
It was an unforgettable night, and we were honored to have made it so magical.
